The full review
Frank Gehry's first major Seattle building, modeled on the smashed body of an electric guitar. Inside, the Nirvana and Jimi Hendrix galleries are anchored by the actual instruments — Hendrix's white Stratocaster from Woodstock, the broken neck of Cobain's smashed Fender. The Sky Church atrium hosts free music in the evenings.
