The full review

Major renovation that began in 2018 has reopened in phases; check which galleries are open before visiting. The Wright Flyer, Spirit of St. Louis, and Apollo 11 capsule are the consistent headliners. For the larger aircraft — Concorde, B-29 Enola Gay, Space Shuttle Discovery — visit the companion Udvar-Hazy Center near Dulles, also free.
